Travel planning for journeys that matter too much to get wrong

Where a good trip is decided

It's easy to find a beautiful hotel with a good pool. What takes more work is knowing that your mother can't manage the stairs at that particular property, that your son-in-law will be miserable if there is nothing to do after four, or that the transfer from the airport is 90 minutes on a dirt road nobody seems to mention.

Those are the things that can change a trip, and they only come out if someone asks the right questions. So I ask a lot of questions before I look at a single property.

Deeper than the first answer

We start with a conversation that goes  beyond where you want to go or what you want to do. I want to know what matters to you about this trip, how you want to spend your time,  and how you want to feel while you are there. Those things tell me far more about what will be right for you than a list of destinations, hotels, or activities ever could.

From there, I look beyond the obvious choices, check the details, and keep looking when something does not quite add up. I plan and book your trip, communicate directly with suppliers, and stay involved through your return home.

You work with one advisor throughout, with a clear understanding of the decisions behind your trip.

When the trip matters

Some trips carry more weight than others, such as a milestone birthday,  a honeymoon, or the first big family trip in years. Maybe it's a safari you have talked about forever, or that once-in-a-lifetime expedition somewhere few people ever go.

Other trips are simply complicated. There are a lot of moving parts, unfamiliar places or decisions that depend on one another, and you want someone experienced keeping track of the whole picture.

Annwyn Travel is for the trips where getting the details right matters and having someone alongside you makes a real difference.

Your advisor

I'm Angelique Marchetti, founder of Annwyn Travel

I came to travel planning by way of science and marketing, two fields that taught me to be curious, question assumptions, and pay attention to what people actually need. Annwyn Travel brings those instincts together with something much more personal. I believe the best trips begin with really knowing the people taking them.

Start a conversation

The first conversation is thirty minutes, with no cost and no obligation.

Tell me what you're thinking about, even if you haven't figured it all out yet. We'll talk through what you have in mind and get a sense of what the trip could look like.
